LIFESTYLE CLASSES ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT

To start, it is necessary to know the difference between lifeguard and lifeguard class. Understanding each of them as the following.



Lifeguard : It is the person who is in possession of the title of Lifeguard Approved by the competent bodies. He will carry out the tasks of his professional category, providing his collaboration, if necessary, to the medical services.

Class Lifeguard : is the person who is in the same possession of the title of Lifeguard Approved by the competent bodies, but who will provide their services in any facility to make the breaks of the titular lifeguards

TYPES OF POOLS ACCORDING TO THE LIFESAVING AGREEMENT

Once the above is understood, it is key to know in what type of pools we are going to develop our lifeguarding certification functions . Here it is important to look at the classification made by the Convention, and not others that we may know. They will be classified in:

Level A : Perform the tasks of their professional category, in facilities with up to 1,000 square meters of water surface, with a maximum capacity of 500 bathers.

Level B : Carry out the tasks of their professional category, in facilities of up to 500 square meters of water sheet, with a maximum capacity of 250 bathers.

Level C : Perform the tasks of their professional category, in facilities of up to 300 square meters of water sheet, with a maximum capacity of 150 bathers.
